Urban Meet Braid Agency – Travel Services Welcome to the Urban Meet Braid Agency, a private luxury braid experience curated for clients who expect precision, artistry, and discretion. Travel Services are Free and included in price, depending on the location of clients location, if outside of the San Fernando Valley Area a fee will be required. To maintain the exclusive, travel services, the following rules and policies apply: 1️⃣ Appointment & Booking All sessions are by appointment only. Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. 3️⃣ Arrival & Conduct We will arrive on time. Late arrivals maybe due to traffic, weather or first time coming to your location. 4️⃣ Payment & Cancellation Full payment is due at the end of each session. Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit fees. Payment is accepted via (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or cash) 5️⃣ Client Experience The Traveling Braid Service is curated for comfort, discretion, and high-quality service. Photography, videography, or content creation requires prior approval. Our team is dedicated to defined, precision braiding; sessions are tailored for each client’s unique style. 6️⃣ Safety & Cleanliness All tools and materials are sanitized between clients. Clients are encouraged to follow post-care instructions for long-lasting results.
