Cancellation Policy
Urban Meet Braid Agency – Boutique Room Service Policy or In-Home Services Welcome to the Urban Meet Braid Agency, a private luxury braid experience curated for clients who expect precision, artistry, and discretion. In-Home Services are Free depending on the location of clients home. To maintain the exclusive, elevated environment of our boutique hotel sessions or in-your home services, the following rules and policies apply: 1️⃣ Appointment & Booking All sessions are by appointment only. Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Availability is limited due to boutique hotel scheduling and location of the clients in-home services request. 2️⃣ Boutique Room Service Fee A $120 fee applies for all sessions conducted inside the boutique hotel. This fee covers: Private hotel suite access Enhanced comfort and privacy Exclusive VIP setup for your hair session 3️⃣ Arrival & Conduct Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce session time. Only the client receiving services may occupy the suite. Exceptions require prior approval. The boutique hotel suite is a luxury space; clients are expected to respect all furnishings and décor. 4️⃣ Payment & Cancellation Full payment is due at the end of each session. Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit fees. Payment is accepted via [Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or card – specify your method]. 5️⃣ Client Experience The Traveling Braid Suite is curated for comfort, discretion, and high-quality service. Photography, videography, or content creation requires prior approval. Our team is dedicated to defined, precision braiding; sessions are tailored for each client’s unique style. 6️⃣ Safety & Cleanliness All tools and materials are sanitized between clients. Clients are encouraged to follow post-care instructions for long-lasting results.
